On a personal note, I love sports and physical competition. my passion is being outside on a road or mountain bike …riding (not competitively). i enjoy cooking and gardening and creating with my hands. I encourage self-care and to practice one’s faith and to breathe – regularly, thus assisting the relaxed mind to heal the body. i look forward to meeting you!
