Dr. Robert:
Dr. Robert is a family wellness coach and chiropractor who has great passion for nutrition and education. Graduating with a degree in biology, biochemistry (minor) and a master's degree in oriental medicine, Dr. Robert understands the science behind nutrition and herbs. Nutrition in combination with chiropractic helps the body heal at its fastest rate and helps the body protect against chronic disease like cancer and heart disease.
Dr. Robert enjoys reading/researching nutrition and environmental toxins. He also educates people on how to make better choices and occasionally teaches at The Belly Sprout (a great site for mothers-to-be). He believes that in order to provide yourself with the highest quality of life, all your life, you must eat well, move well, and think well (3-foundations of life). And this incorporates into keeping your spine and nervous system healthy, getting the proper nutrition, eliminating/reducing environmental toxins, exercising the body and have a positive mind.
